Why Cosmos and Not Universe?

Whilst 'Universe' and 'Cosmos' are often used interchangeably, they have slightly different meanings regarding energy flow.

In scientific terms, the 'Universe' represents the observable reality and everything contained within it - the totality of all space, time, matter, and energy that currently physically exists. It includes everything from the smallest particles to the largest galaxies, the physical laws governing them, and all the stars and planets.

On the other hand, the term 'Cosmos' derived from the Greek word Kosmos, meaning 'order' or 'arrangement' refers not only to the physical realm but also the energetic ones, and the idea of an ordered, harmonious system that connects all things, past, present and future, so the 'Cosmos' does not just refer to the material world, but to the deeper understanding that everything has a place and purpose within the greater scheme of things on an energy level.

It emphasises the interconnectedness of all things and the underlying harmonies, including things we do not even know about yet - multiverses are already theoretically possible within our understanding of physics - so the Cosmos would incorporate all of these, too. It also includes all states of energy frequencies, including our changing frequency cycles from living to dead to living.

Even though everything is energy, everything presents differently depending on its vibration. All these different representations have to ebb and flow together. When in sync, they are a beautiful rhythm of contentment and flow, but when out of sync, they feel very off and stagnant and can cause illness. This is why manifestation is often seen as something challenging to work with.
