Return to Your Cosmic Flow - A Journey Through Energy, Science, and Self

Updated: 3 days ago

“Cosmic Flow is not something you create,

it is something you remember.”— Teanna Taylor

There comes a point where pushing harder stops working.

Where the strategies, the goals, the plans, the constant effort to “move forward” begin to feel heavy, disconnected, and quietly exhausting, even when from the outside everything appears to be working.

If you have found yourself here, not broken, not lost, but questioning why life feels harder than it should, then this is where your real journey begins.

Because the truth is, nothing has gone wrong.

You have simply been taught to move against your natural rhythm.

You Can Enter the Cycle Anywhere

There is no beginning. There is no end.

You do not need to “start in any given season” or “complete the process” in order to be in flow. Life does not work like that - You enter where you are when it crosses your path. For intuition has shown you the way.

If you find this work in Spring, you begin with awareness and intention. If you find it in Autumn, you begin with integration and reflection. If you find it in the summer, you begin with action and expression. And if you find it in Winter, then you are ready for deep internal shadow integration work. None of this work is based on mood or where you think your life is - it is based on real, external, natural cycles that your body is already responding to, whether you are aware of it or not. So if it is Summer in your Hemisphere, start with Summer; if it is Winter, start with Winter. The actual season holds space and rhythm for you to carry out the work.

Why This Matters More Than Ever

We are now living in a world that has overridden natural rhythms, with built systems that disconnect us from how we are designed to function.

The Gregorian Calendar forces new beginnings in January, when the body is biologically designed for rest. Electricity removes the natural pause between day and night. Technology and Productivity culture override the need for recovery, integration, and reflection.

We did not lose our rhythm.

We built a world that overrides it.

And the cost of that shows up as:

• burnout • anxiety • lack of clarity • hormonal imbalance •

• emotional exhaustion • feeling disconnected from purpose • chronic illness •

Cosmic Flow is not a new concept. It is a return.

Who You Really Are Within This Flow

To understand why this works, you need to understand yourself beyond labels.

You are not just a mind trying to think your way forward. You are:

Spirit with a body, mind, heart, and soul

Spirit

Your essence, unchanging, not programmable

Soul

Your inner guidance, your truth

Heart

Emotion, intuition, felt sense

Mind

Thoughts, beliefs, conditioning

Body

Action, reaction, nervous system

Each of these responds to rhythm.

Each of these must be included in the change.

The Four Systems of Change - Where Science Meets Spirit

Real transformation does not happen through mindset alone.

It happens when all systems are aligned:

  • Body (Winter) → where safety is created, and deep patterns are processed

  • Mind (Spring) → where awareness and meaning are formed

  • Brain (Summer) → where action rewires behaviour into habit

  • Heart (Autumn) → where change integrates into emotional truth

Change is not surface-level - it is layered, and the cycle has to meet who you are in the now with awareness of the past and intentions for the future - your learning types, your archetypes, your superpower, your limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns - we are NOT all the same, and the journey through the cycles will be different for everyone.

The Rhythm of the Seasons

Each season has a purpose. Each season is required.

Winter — Reflection and Shadow Work

Winter is for deep inner work.

It is not a time for pushing forward; it is a time for slowing down, processing, and creating safety in your system. This is where you discover your arclytypes, to meet and integrate your shadow - discovering the deep unconscious patterns, the limiting beliefs and the conditioning that has been shaping your life beneath awareness. And coming back into blance with awareness.

This is where change begins at the deep root.

Spring — Awakening and Intention

Spring is where awareness rises.

This is where you begin to understand your soul purpose and take control of the training of your brain - becoming conscious of your subconscious (especially if you are over 35) - where you are, what you want, and why. It is not about forcing outcomes; it is about setting intentions that are aligned with your truth at the soul level and not from the rules and expectations thrust upon you or the patterns installed.

This is also where you begin to use your learning types and start to train your brain for mind, heart and nervous system coherence.

This is where change begins in conscious awareness.

Summer — Expansion and Action

Summer is where change becomes visible.

This is where you take aligned action, not forced action. Action that is supported by clarity and internal alignment. This is also where the Reticular Activating System (RAS) becomes powerful, as when you set a clear intention and emotionally connect to it, your brain begins filtering reality differently, noticing opportunities that align with that direction. This is where the brain wires new behaviours through repetition and experience.

This is where confidence builds.

Autumn — Integration and Wisdom

Autumn is where you pause and evaluate.

What worked. What did not. What needs to be released.

This is where gratitude deepens the process, where lessons are integrated, and where emotional coherence allows change to hold.

Without Autumn, change does not last.

The Science Behind the Flow

This work is not just spiritual. It is deeply rooted in science.

At a fundamental level, everything in existence is energy.

Quantum physics shows us that matter is not solid in the way we perceive it. It is vibrating energy organised into form.

Your thoughts, emotions, and physical body all carry measurable electromagnetic signals.

Your heart generates an electromagnetic field that can be measured several feet outside your body. Your brain is constantly filtering information through neural networks shaped by repetition and emotion.

When your system is coherent, meaning your heart, brain, and nervous system are working together, your perception changes, your decisions change, and your reality begins to shift.

This is not magic.

It is alignment.

The Role of Rhythm in the Body

Your body already operates in cycles:

  • Circadian rhythms regulate sleep and energy

  • Ultradian rhythms control focus and recovery

  • Infradian rhythms influence longer cycles like hormones and seasons

  • Nervous system rhythms shift between action and rest

Cosmic Flow works because it aligns with what your body is already doing.

It does not ask you to override your system.

It asks you to work with it.

Returning to Flow

Returning to flow is not about adding more.

It is about removing resistance.

It is about reconnecting to what is already there.

Practices that support this include:

• grounding and time in nature

• breathwork and nervous system regulation

• meditation and brainwave coherence

• reducing constant stimulation

• honouring rest as part of growth

Meditation, in particular, is powerful because it creates space.

It shifts brainwaves from high alert beta into calmer alpha and deeper theta states, where intuition, insight, and subconscious integration occur.

It allows the whisper of guidance to be heard again.

Living in Cosmic Flow

Cosmic Flow is both a structure and a feeling.

It is the structure of the seasons, the lunar phases, and the body’s rhythms.

And it is the feeling of being supported, clear, and aligned.

It does not mean life becomes perfect.

It means you stop fighting what is not ready. It means you recognise when to act and when to pause. It means you trust timing as much as effort.

So when you feel stuck, the question is not:

“What is wrong with me?”

The question becomes:

“Where am I in the cycle?”

Because often, nothing is wrong.

You may simply be in a phase that the world has taught you to resist.

You are not separate from the universe.

You are part of it.

The same atoms that exist in stars exist within you. The same rhythms that move the seasons move through your body.

To live in Cosmic Flow is to remember that.

And to begin living accordingly.
