NEW Mindfulness Tool - SCAN
SCAN is a new mindfulness tool co-created by Teanna Taylor and MJ Friedman. The word “scan” means to observe quickly or carefully - a natural fit for mindfulness. As an acronym, it becomes a gentle backronym that invites awareness in any moment:

SCAN is easy to remember, easy to practice anywhere, and deeply human. It can be done in seconds for quick regulation or used intentionally as a deeper meditative practice.
