"The human spirit is

stronger than anything

that can happen to it."

C.C. Scott

Teanna’s path was not shaped by comfort, but by profound challenge. At thirty-five, complications during childbirth led to a haemorrhage, a stroke, and the onset of a chronic hemiplegic migraine... a condition that persisted daily for over ten years. The experience resulted in significant neurological impact, affecting memory, balance, cognition, and speech, and ultimately altered the course of her life.

Unable to live, Teanna entered a long season of stillness and surrender. In the absence of her former pace and identity, silence became her teacher. Meditation, once a supportive practice, became her lifeline... the way she navigated pain, uncertainty, and the gradual rebuilding of her mind and nervous system.

Guided by intuition and grounded in scientific curiosity, Teanna immersed herself in the study of neuroplasticity, psychology, nervous system regulation and meditation to understand how the brain changes, how healing occurs, and why some approaches create lasting transformation while others do not.

Her recovery reinforced her belief that transformation is not something we force, but something the body can move towards when given the right conditions.

As her practice deepened, others began noticing something unusual in Teanna’s meditations. Participants often commented that they were able to settle quickly and enter deep states of relaxation during Teanna's guided meditations. Curious about why this might be, she explored several possible explanations, including a professional analysis of her speaking voice. While many factors contribute to a person's experience, this curiosity reflects her wider approach: combining observation with a desire to understand what supports wellbeing.

While her outer world had been stripped back, an inner world expanded. In moments of clarity between pain, Teanna immersed herself in the study of psychology, neuroscience, and quantum science, seeking to understand what she was experiencing. The more she learned, the clearer it became that ancient meditation wisdom and modern science were pointing toward the same truth... simply expressed in different languages.

Creating the Seasonal Integration Method

Years of personal recovery, professional experience, teaching, research and working alongside hundreds of participants gradually revealed a consistent pattern.

Lasting change was never created through willpower alone.

It emerged when meditation, nervous system regulation, psychology, seasonal living and compassionate self-awareness worked together.

From these observations, Teanna developed the Seasonal Integration Method™- an evidence-informed framework that combines mindfulness, meditation, neuroscience, psychology and the natural rhythm of the seasons into one integrated approach to sustainable wellbeing and personal growth.

Today, this methodology underpins every workshop, meditation, retreat, workbook and programme she creates.

Her work now focuses on continuing to develop the methodology, building an evidence base through participant research and making the Seasonal Integration Method™ accessible to individuals, practitioners and organisations seeking a more integrated approach to wellbeing.

From Corporate Transformation to Personal Transformation

Before this, Teanna spent many years in the corporate world with PwC, specialising in process re-engineering and organisational transformation. She led large-scale internal projects, redesigned systems, and guided teams through complex change. This background gave her a unique ability to see patterns within chaos and create flow where friction existed... skills she now applies to the inner systems of the mind, body, and energy field.

Today, Teanna weaves together meditation, nervous system regulation, energy awareness, neuroscience, and lived experience into a compassionate and grounded approach to transformation. Her work bridges spirituality and science, supporting others to release limitations, calm the nervous system, and align with their natural state of balance and potential.

Teanna has touched the lives of thousands worldwide. Her story of resilience and renewal has been featured in national and international publications and shared at global conferences, where she continues to inspire through authenticity and lived wisdom.

Based in Whitstable, UK, and a devoted mother of four, Teanna embodies the balance she teaches... blending intellect with intuition, science with soul, and presence with purpose.

"I believe lasting change begins

not by forcing ourselves

to become someone different,

but by creating the conditions

in which we can safely become more fully ourselves.

That is the heart of the Seasonal Integration Method™"
