Meditation & Sound Bath

As the light begins to soften and the leaves turn toward autumn, we're opening the doors of North Star Lodge for an evening of release and gather meditation where the human voice and the resonance of crystal bowls will meet in one shared space to hold you gently through the changing season. Teanna will guide the meditation, weaving you into stillness, while Victoria Rose brings the crystal bowls and soft vocals to life around you, their tones rising and falling like a second breath in the room; together the voice and the bowls don't simply accompany one another, they blend into a single current of sound that seems to move through the body rather than just the ears, easing the nervous system into a depth that's hard to reach alone.
