Intention Setting

You are guided to begin here because this reflects the actual moon phase you are currently in, allowing your journey to align with the natural Earth energy and what is already unfolding within you.

 

However, this is not a rigid path. You may move back to a previous phase using the 'Previous'button, or even move forward by using the 'Next' button'. This space is designed to move with you, not to confine you.

There are no strict rules here. This is your journey.

The only gentle guidance is to work as closely with the Full Moon as you can, as this is where the energy naturally supports deeper awareness, integration, and change.

For example, each moon cycle will have 4 phases  - New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon and Last Quarter Moon. So there are three practices between each full moon. These practices can be done at your own pace between the fullmoons, ie once a week, or all in one go - Flow with them and do them at your own pace. But do not rush them, allow them to sinkinto your body and nervous system. Its not a mayyeter of just ticking them off - its a matter of feeling them.
